Season Roll call

Andy Claire Botting

The colts started the season without a regular keeper. Andy said that he was happy to step up to the role. Andy has been vital to the success of the season. He has made many saves at vital times in matches. And has amazed me as well as other parents at his ball stopping abilities.

Callum Palmer

Well Callum you really are the rock of the defence. It takes a good striker to get the better of you, which I haven’t seen in the league this season. You have shown strength in defence and also shown that you can score as well and what goals they were.

Chaz Clarke

Chaz you have been part of our effective defence this year. You have shown that you have a good footballing head and have made timely quality tackles when needed. You scored a memorable 4 goals when put up forward for 10 minuets in one game. You showed in the last 3 games you were very effective in midfield with good link up play and cool passing.

Olli Elsbury

Ollie you have played in various positions this year. You have shown that you are a battler who gets in and around the ball getting in vital tackles. You have a cool head and play the ball out of defence well. In the last 3 games I reverted you back to a full back which I believe is your best position and you put in three top performances.

Karl Wilkins

Karl you have played in most positions this year including some in goal. You always put in 100%. You have shown ability in you passing and little touches. I have been impressed with the ground you cover to win the ball.

Joe Bainbrigge

Another fine season Jo. You have continued to show your ability to run and take players on. Your passing has been impressive all season. You are a worthy captain of the team who has helped the other players to progress. Your goal tally for the season was priceless to the Colts.

Shane McGill

Shane you really have improved 10 fold this season, your work rate amazes me. You are the work horse for the team; your crunching tackles which never mean any malice make me wince. Your passing play has improved greatly. We all talk about the power you somehow get behind the shot when you catch the ball on the sweet spot. You goal tally has also been priceless to the team

Wilfred Ntow Boahene

Well done Wilfred it is a pleasure to watch your ball skills. You have shown great ability when passing and seem to know were your players without looking up. You have shown to be versatile either batter ling in midfield or up front terrorising defences. You also have consistently grabbed goals in vital games

Harrison Romsey

A big thanks to Harrison who joined after the season started and has been the 9th Man. He has shown that he has the enthusiasm and ability to compete at this level. When called in to action he has shown 100%. He battles well and has a good footballing head. He knows how to score goals as when he has had a good run out seems to score goals well done Harrison.
